We ensure reclaimers receive formal ID cards, access to banking, and fair returns, along with training and recognition within the system.
They are equipped with PPE kits and guided on safety and health protocols, with free access to modern tools and baling machines to boost safety and efficiency.
Creating Pathways to Formalization
We support reclaimers with Government ID cards, ensuring access to financial systems, social recognition, and fair returns for collected material.
We enable skill development, medical support, and child education through training, insurance, scholarships, and zero tolerance for child labor—while promoting safe and hygienic workplaces.
